The new 19th County Board District is a great example of the diverse social and geographical make up of Kane County, pairing open-space forest preserves with established urban communities.

The 19th is spread out between Dundee, Elgin and Rutland Townships, including parts of Century Oaks, Valley Creek, Eagle Heights, Willow Creek and Timber Trails.

The Kojzarek Family has lived in different parts of this district for 20 years.Kurt was raised in Century Oaks, attended St. Thomas More parochial school, and worked in Eagle Heights while in high school. His father and siblings currently live in Timber Trails.
